  • Each end customer scans the visible QR code with their smartphone.
  • Initial product information and guidance are displayed. The first scan digitizes the product and the contact.

2. Reveal hidden code:

  • The unique, concealed code is located under a security label or integrated directly into the packaging.
  • Only the end customer can access it.
    Only originals have this unique code.

3. Validate code:

  • The exposed code is checked: valid, used multiple times, or unknown?
  • The result is immediately visible to the end customer (e.g., location, time, and usage status).
  • The manufacturer receives all relevant data for analysis and protection.
